Psychamerica aims to insightfully scaffold artists and performers in their navigation of the complex pressures of creativity, career, and self-expression.

 

Drawing on previous experience as a professional musician, conductor and composer, Paul understand's the unique pressures faced by creative individuals. You can read more about Paul's experience in this regard here.

 

Addressing the challenges of creative expression, that which lies behind performance anxiety, the stresses of navigating a career as an artist and the toll this can take on one’s health, life and relationships, Psychamerica is uniquely placed to free artists and performers to enjoyably pursue their vision.
